History

Date of Birth: January 23rd, 1986
Home: Toulouse, Midi-Pyrénées, France
Family: Patrice and Charlotte Bier (parents), Blaise (younger brother)
Comrades: Zared Dor, Barry Randolph, Corina Eos
Key Event #1: Awe & Wonder (Simone's French Jewish family had survived the Holocaust so that event hung in the background, a shadow of fear and hate; she excelled in school and pursued both criminology and Hebrew theology in uni, such that upon graduation, her education impressed the Wiesenthal Center in the US, which offered her a job as an investigator: that was to say, a Nazi-hunter)
Key Event #2: War (she impressed early, tracking down through newspaper clippings, geneology, and damaged records two former concentration camp guards who were hiding out in Brooklyn under assumed identities; she helped get them arrested, tried, and imprisoned)
Key Event #3: Awe & Wonder (all the while, she studied mystical Hebrew texts against rabbinical instruction, too eager and curious to learn all she could of her own people and faith, and she found instructions on creating golems frighteningly easy to understand; she simply lacked the exotic materials...for now)
Key Event #4: Personal Tragedy (but a different ex-Nazi captured by the FBI and tried for some white-collar crimes in America received a slap on the wrist; this enraged her, and her anger came to the attention of the Judges, who poached her from the Wiesenthal and encouraged her to become a real Nazi-hunter of all foes who truly threatened Jewish peoples; her first hunt as a Judge saw the small group team up with Jewish Celestial Choristers and put down a Sabbat vampire who had participated with Nazi crimes during the war)
Transition: Victory (this collaboration led the mysticism-minded young Judge to meet with Zared and partner up on more Nazi-, and often vampire-, hunting escapades, pooling their magical lore and keeping each other sane)

Paradigm & Style

Overview: Traditional (though her detective skills are modern and up-to-date, what hedge magic she knows taps traditional Qabbala "magic", particularly dark and forbidden spells such as cursing and golem-creation)

Significant Other

Name: Zared Dor, 2010
Nature: Romantic

Zared

Weakness
What Is Known

Simone has been introduced to the Hidden World but there are monsters far worse than Nazis out there. There are also "monsters" more human than most humans (including and especially most hunters!). She isn't savvy enough to tell the difference yet, and if Zared is savvy enough, he stays mum.

Likelihood of Corruption

Low.

Her love for her faith, combined with Zared's oversight, ought to keep her from being demonically influenced one way or the other!
