Ethnicity: Caucasian
Eyes: Green
Hair: Medium simple blonde
Clothing: Red, white, or black business casual
Comportment/Cadence: Welcoming
Distinctions: A lovely lady of impeccable taste, Yvie presents herself always as the exquisite damsel and irreproachable diplomat, both intriguing and guileless in her innocent friendliness, even as cannot help but sidle like a hungry kitten...or fox
Supernatural Qualities: Indeed, among the fae her reputation is well-known and deserved as a non-partisan go-between for Seelie and Unseelie courts, a commoner who earned her title and uses it only for good
Accoutrements: Moderate jewelry
Traits: Appearance 5 (slinky); Style 4 (sidhe wilders); Animal Magnetism, Perfect Protocol, Reputation

Fae Mien
Height: 5'6"
Weight: 116 lb.
Eyes: Green
Hair: Red fur dominant, white fur on the belly, black points at her hands and feet
Clothing: Red primitive (slip)
Comportment/Cadence: Welcoming
Supernatural Qualities: In Yvie's true fey form, human features give way to vulpine: ears move to the top of her head and point upwards while her nose and mouth elongate into a slim whiskered muzzle; fur covers her entire body and what little voile she normally wears rests negligibly on her body, which has gained no mass, even as her hands and feet become nimble paws; likewise, her voice does not alter, and if anything it sounds more persuasive (or wily), perhaps because she has taken the form of a fox-woman, like the Kitsune of the exotic Far East, and just as graceful and lovely despite the inhuman "furry" appearance she manifests; yet, among the fae her reputation is well-known and deserved as a non-partisan go-between for Seelie and Unseelie courts, a commoner who earned her title and uses it only for good
Accoutrements: a (concealed) dagger
Traits: Appearance 6 (slinky); Animal Magnetism, Perfect Protocol, Reputation

Animal Form
Height: 2'0"
Weight: 12 lb.
Eyes: Green
Hair: Red fur dominant, white fur on the belly, black points at her hands and feet
Supernatural Qualities: Yvie's truest form is that of a common red fox, both adorable and dangerous, a hunter and yet playful, capricious yet endearing
Traits: Appearance 5 (slinky)

“I wish I had some better advice for you. This really does seem to be your best and only option.”

History

Date of Birth: June 5th, 1980
Home: Joplin, Missouri, United States
Family: Larry and Maureen Macdonald (parents), James (younger brother)
Chrysalis: Personal Tragedy (even before the Chrysalis, Yvie was a foxy young girl, clever and pretty; she enjoyed a middle-class upbringing and had ambitions to go to college, but a nervous breakdown she had while studying for the SATs snapped her into full faerie mode), 1996
Mentor: Morganna Agate
The Test: Trial by Influence (the flare of Glamour from her bedroom attracted local fae but they recognized in her addled Pooka Chrysalid rantings that she was Ailil, so they dumped her immediately up north in Kansas City on the local Unseelie nobility; she dealt with a lot of prejudice due both her Kith and House from the beginning, but she knew her previous few lives were that of a successful diplomat, even if she had merely brokered negotiations of minor importance between commoner factions; the Unseelie nobles nevertheless saw to her Fior-Righ and made sure she understood where her allegiance lay before deploying her as a diplomat again)
Comrades: Cristiona Paise, Islene Duinseach, Nineve Aloysha, Ranozir Karkadin, Wyatt Roum, Zofia Lindahl, Antonia Cerini, Esme Horton
Key Event #1: Treachery (she was soon sent to negotiate terms on a variety of minor deals and treaties with Seelie nobles; she dealt professionally with the mistrust of Dougal and Gwydion nobles, but did well with Eiluned)
Key Event #2: Treachery (so, later Yvie earned the right to negotiate territorial claims with the Aesin-led Red Ring; she fell in with the motley, particularly the ennobled Troll leader, Gunnar Koll)
Key Event #3: Treachery (but then Gunnar jilted her and the entire Red Ring deal was falling through politically, so she played a nasty prank that lured Gunnar's Kinain retinue into the line of fire with dumb deer hunters in the area; after this prank was pulled, she returned to her baroness and awaited her next assignment)
Transition: Reassignment (though Morganna blamed the Red Ring back-slide on Yvie, they both knew it was just Aesin arrogance and Yvie was "promoted" anyway, sent as a permanent consulate to the Duchess Letitia Dain ni Dougal, the leading noble in the area, there to live in court in the Near Dreaming as the Unseelie ambassador)

Remembrance

Magnitude: Yvie's memory cuts back to the Shattering when she first learned the changeling way.
Details: She recalls that she wasn't always a diplomat but once fulfilled the role, during the Renaissance, as a deadly assassin in Italy.

Chimera

Dagger
Appearance: Virtually a stiletto, the small and slender dagger is easily concealed in its unremarkable sheath.

Dominic

Weakness
Foxy Lady

Like many fox-spirits in myth, this Pooka proves vulnerable to flattery and baiting with curious "shinies". She loves to investigate new things and can barely resist such temptations.

Likelihood of Corruption

Average.

Despite her diplomatic tenure and talent, Yvie is still at heart an Ailil schemer.
